Jeff manages the inventory using a sophisticated retail management computer system.He also looks after merchandising, the store layout, storage, display and fixtures. He's a busy guy.
Inventory management is fundamental to our success. Jeff handles over 4,000 different stocked items, some replenished weekly, some ordered 6 months in advance, for a 6 month supply.
