"I arrived in February, within a few days had a room on the beach in Horseshoe Bay, on the way to Cairns. The only thing to do was to see the Great Barrier Reef so I travelled to Airlie Beach and boarded a high speed catamaran for a hour's trip to the reef. We snorkled and played around, ate, sunbathed etc.
Offered a ride in a helicopter, I thought to myself it was one of those things, I'll never have this opportunity again, so I went for it and took a ride over the reef.
What a great day, what a great life!"
